I think it's important that you know how students feel about the courses Alabama Real Estate Institute offers before you sign up for a course. Below are some of their comments; with their last names protected. _________________________________________________________________________ I attended two classes, Risk Management & Alabama License Law, instructed by James Anderson, and was very pleased. These classes were held in an orderly manner. The commission rules were executed and followed. All materials were very well prepared and presented and very helpful. This was my first time to sit in on one of Mr. Anderson's classes, but after having the opportunity to attend his classes... I wish I could have taken all my classes with him. Mr. Anderson gets "5 Stars" from me on the way he instructed his classes, his delivery of the materials, and his over-all knowledge of real estate law. I only needed 6 hours to complete my 15 required hours so I only sat in on two of Mr. Anderson's classes; however, I got more out of those two classes than any other classes I have ever attended. Mr. Anderson is an excellent instructor, and I hope to be able to attend more of his classes in the future. Caron D. James This was my first time taking the CE courses with you. There is a tremendous need to fully understand Short Sales/Foreclosures. As you stated (and it can't be said enough), the process is changing daily. The games were awesome. It brought about interaction and allowed folks to get to know each other. Name Tags and letting each person introduce themselves would have been GREAT!

Here are my comments regarding your teaching style and my comprehension of your classes. In my opinion you are a first class instructor who keeps his students attention for the duration of the classes. (and that last day was a long day!) The Real Estate Math was new to me; it was very interesting and informative. You are one of the best instructors that I have had in long real estate career. I feel that if “time and monies” are to be spent, one should have the best. The feedback, interaction with classmates and discussions were equally enlightening. I do like ending up with something tangible on paper at the end of these things. Perhaps you should add a $5 documents fee to the class and have more hand outs we can keep.
None the less, the class was fun and Tammy told me I was right that she really enjoyed the Foreclosure / REO class.

I have to say that even though I took Continuing Ed courses recently to satisfy my Continuing Ed for my California License, the courses & program that you provided was far more informative & far exceeded my expectations.
